How Is Yoga Beneficial For Kids?

There are a lot of demands put on kids today. On top of that, there is far less time for free play and physical activity. Implementing kids yoga is one way to encourage less stress and physical activity in today’s kids. It’s good for their bodies and their coordination. It’s helpful in keeping them calm and it also teaches them self regulation. Plus, it helps them focus in school and be more active. They love to move their bodies in different ways.

Kids love to work with breath and so enjoy breathing exercises. They find inner strength and peace, it uplifts them, calms them and teaches them to focus. They love to do “Omkar” as well.

Yoga is especially beneficial for kids. If they get a habit of doing Yoga daily, then they achieve high physical strength and flexibility.
